Giving and Receiving Feedback
We encourage members of the team to provide constant feedback to each other as part of normal work. We think it is a crucial part of an open and transparent workplace. Being fully remote makes it even more important to provide clear feedback so that everyone knows when they are doing great work or what the expectations are for improvement.
This feedback can be immediate and verbal between peers or with managers or via our regular structured reviews.
In general, managers will not wait until 1 to 1’s to provide feedback but it can be a good time to discuss things in more detail.
When providing feedback regularly it should mean that there are no surprises when completing the more structured review process.
External Feedback
When working with customers (Wilhelmsen-owned entities or any other companies) on various projects Ceataec will always seek feedback to help us evaluate how the team is doing. We will also share our own feedback to the customer. This will be shared with the team members involved.
